We’re hiring: Quality Assurance Engineer — OSquare ERP \& Product Applications
Innovador Solutions is looking for an onsite Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our product team and support testing across our flagship platform OSquare , along with our other web and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working closely with project managers, developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure that every release is properly tested before going live.
The QA Engineer will be responsible for writing test cases, testing new features, identifying bugs, validating fixes, supporting sprint releases, and helping improve the overall quality of our products.
Role Overview
As a
Quality Assurance Engineer
at Innovador Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of our software products, especially the
OSquare platform
, which includes modules such as HR360, iTeam, LeadKonnekt, EasyForms, Attendance, Asset Management, and other business management tools.
You will also support QA testing for other Innovador products, including web portals, mobile apps, internal dashboards, and client-facing platforms.
This is an
onsite role
, requiring close coordination with the development, product, and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases for OSquare and other Innovador applications.
- Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Test web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, forms, workflows, and admin panels.
- Review sprint requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are clearly understood before testing begins.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, videos, expected results, and actual results.
- Validate bug fixes before approving builds for release.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers to ensure QA timelines are properly followed.
- Ensure QA builds are only accepted once the development team has clearly confirmed build readiness.
- Support release testing before client demos, deployments, and monthly product releases.
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, defect logs, and release notes where required.
- Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and product quality across all teams.
- Work with product owners to understand business workflows and user expectations.
- Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and release readiness discussions.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance, SQA, or application testing.
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and QA lifecycle.
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, ERP platforms, dashboards, or SaaS products.
- Ability to write clear test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch edge cases.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar task-tracking platforms.
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers, project managers, and business teams.
- Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing ERP, CRM, HRMS, workflow, attendance, or education management systems.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database validation.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Experience testing mobile apps on Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with test case management and release sign-off processes.
