Role Overview?
We are looking for a Mid Level Python Developer to work on high performance backend systems, AI driven applications, and production grade APIs. The role involves building scalable services using FastAPI, working on Agentic AI workflows, and handling deployment and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilites:
- Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI
- Design and develop backend services using Python
- Work on Agentic AI systems and LLM based workflows
- Integrate AI models into production systems
- Handle server side logic, optimization, and scaling
- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Docker based containerized environments
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI teams
- Monitor and improve system performance and reliability
- Debug production issues and implement fixes
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python development
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in backend or AI development
- Must have similar Qualification like BSCS, BSAI or any relevant field.
- Hands on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Experience in building or working with Agentic AI systems
- Understanding of LLMs, tool calling, or AI workflow orchestration
- Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with Docker and basic container orchestration
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of server management and deployment processes
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with real time systems or streaming data
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Experience in computer vision or AI based pipelines
