Role Description The Python \& AI Developer will work on-site in Gujranwala in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for client and internal projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining Python applications, implementing and training machine learning and deep learning models, and integrating AI components into existing software systems. The role involves working with neural networks and NLP techniques for tasks such as text classification, recommendation, and automation, as well as performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. The developer will write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, document technical work, and support troubleshooting and optimization of AI pipelines. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI and software development trends and suggesting improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building, training, and optimizing machine learning or deep learning models.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, libraries (such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face), and text-related AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience working with APIs and data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, work collaboratively in a team, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying AI models into production environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps practices is a plus.
