We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Public Administrator to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing and coordinating administrative functions for public-facing platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The position requires managing documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining operational efficiency across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with public sector regulations and platform-specific policies.
- Maintain and update documentation for public-facing processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve administrative or regulatory queries.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to public administration.
- Ensure timely submission of required filings and responses to external inquiries.
Required Skills \& Qualifications:
- Experience in public administration, regulatory compliance, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with documentation management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools.
