Job Description

Roles \& Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end store operations at the project site.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems (ERP/Excel).
  • Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid excess/obsolete stock.
  • Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials procured as per PO/Delivery Challans.
  • Ensure safe custody of materials with correct quantity and quality preservation.
  • Maintain material inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and bin cards.
  • Handle inter-site material transfers with proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain records of construction materials, consumables, tools \& tackles, formwork, electrical items, and spares.
  • Manage and update material and machinery issue/return records.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site execution teams for timely material availability.
  • Ensure proper storage, stacking, and housekeeping as per safety and quality norms.
  • Monitor material consumption and report variances, losses, or damages.
  • Support audits and stock verification by providing accurate data and explanations.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize pilferage and wastage
