Project & Research Assistant — Summer Role

**Summary** We are looking for a motivated **Project \& Research Assistant** to support a strategic education\-related project during the summer. This role is ideal for a university student in their final or second\-to\-last year who enjoys research, structured communication, problem\-solving, and working independently on tasks that require persistence and attention to detail. The position starts as soon as possible and runs until the end of August, with the possibility of extending the contract if the collaboration works well. **About the Role** You will support Linero Tech AB with research, documentation, communication, and administrative preparation connected to future business and education initiatives. The work will involve gathering information, comparing requirements, contacting external organizations, organizing findings, and helping prepare structured documentation. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, asking questions, and turning unclear information into clear next steps. **What You Will Do** \- Conduct research related to education, business development, and organizational processes \- Collect, organize, and summarize information from different sources \- Contact companies, organizations, and public institutions to request information \- Make phone calls and send emails in a professional and structured way \- Compare requirements, processes, timelines, and documentation \- Help prepare internal reports, summaries, checklists, and application\-style documents \- Identify possible paths forward when information is unclear or incomplete \- Follow up with external contacts and keep track of responses \- Work closely with the founder on a strategic summer project **Required Profile** \- Located in Sweden, preferably Gothenburg or nearby municipalities \- Currently studying at university, ideally in your final or second\-to\-last year \- Perfectly fluent in **Swedish and English** , both written and spoken \- Comfortable making phone calls to companies, organizations, and authorities \- Strong written communication skills \- Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks \- Structured, detail\-oriented, and reliable \- Comfortable working with documents, online research, email, and spreadsheets \- Able to summarize complex information in a clear and practical way \- Available to start as soon as possible and work until the end of August **Personal Qualities / Soft Skill We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone who is: \- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people \- Analytical and able to understand processes, requirements, and details \- A critical thinker who does not simply accept unclear answers \- Persistent and not discouraged by rejection or unanswered emails \- Confident enough to make phone calls and follow up when needed \- Curious and proactive when searching for information \- Resourceful and able to find alternative ways to solve a problem \- Organized and able to keep track of many small details \- Professional, polite, and clear in communication \- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for every instruction **Nice to Have** \- Experience with research, administration, project coordination, or customer communication \- Interest in education, business development, startups, or the Swedish education system \- Experience working with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools \- Previous internship, student job, or volunteer experience involving coordination or communication **What You’ll Gain** \- Hands\-on experience in a real strategic business project \- Direct collaboration with the founder of a growing education company \- Practical experience in research, communication, documentation, and project coordination \- Insight into how education initiatives are developed and prepared behind the scenes \- A meaningful summer role with responsibility and independence \- Possibility to extend the contract if the collaboration works well **How to Apply** Apply via LinkedIn and make sure to include: \- Your CV \- A short description of your background \- A link to a \*\*maximum 3\-minute video\*\* uploaded to Google Drive In the video, please answer these three questions: 1\.
