Job Description
Job title: CSA Project Manager
Location: Skelleftea, Sweden
Job type: Permanent
Salary/Package: Negotiable Salary + Accommodation, Flights, Vehicle and Allowance
Requirements
- Lead and manage Civil, Structural \& Architectural work packages across the project lifecycle
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities with the wider project team
- Ensure site QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards
- Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with Planners, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
- Manage subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, resource allocation, and coordination meetings
- Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date
- Chair and attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover Meetings
- Liaise with the design team to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability
- Oversee health \& safety performance and promote a strong safety culture across the project
- Drive commercial performance by managing variations, budgets, and attending weekly commercial meetings
- Prepare and issue progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage and oversee CSA snagging and ensure timely project close-out
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues
Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline
- EU Passport holders only. Non EU Passport holders will not be considered
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within the CSA construction sector, with significant project management experience
- Strong background managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale construction projects
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme delivery
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and variations
- In-depth technical knowledge of CSA construction methodologies and project delivery
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects to strict deadlines
- Data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
