Project Manager – Civil Construction

**Job Title:** Project Manager – Civil Construction \| Trakhees Approved \| Orange Card \| Grey \& Green Card \| Society of Engineers Registered **Salary Range:** AED 10,000 – AED 25,000 (based on experience) **Location:** Dubai **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager – Civil Construction** who is **approved by Trakhees** with **Orange, Grey, and Green Cards** , and registered with the **Society of Engineers.** The candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects and handling **authority approvals through Trakhees** while ensuring smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities :** * Manage and supervise **residential and commercial construction projects** from planning to completion. * Handle **drawing submissions, approvals, and inspections with Trakhees** . * Review **structural and architectural shop drawings** and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams. * Monitor **project timelines, manpower allocation, and site progress** . * Conduct regular **site inspections** to maintain quality and safety standards. * Maintain **quality control documentation and site records** . * Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding project progress. * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed within project schedule. **Requirements :** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.** * **More than 8 years of construction experience in Dubai** * **Approved Engineer from Trakhees (Orange Card, Grey Card, Green Card).** * Registered member of **Society of Engineers.** * Experience managing **villa and residential/commercial building projects** . * Strong knowledge of **shop drawings, site supervision, and subcontractor coordination** . * **PMP certification** or equivalent is an advantage **What We Offer :** * Competitive salary based on experience (AED 10,000 – AED 25,000\) * Employment Visa, Medical Insurance and Air Ticket * Opportunity to work on diverse construction projects * Professional growth within a dynamic team **How to Apply :** Interested candidates can submit their CV along with details of relevant project experience on :\- **WhatsApp :\- \+971585352131** **Email :\- info@place\-mint.ae**
