**Job Title:** Project Manager – Accounting (Big 4 / Accounting Firm Preferred) **Location:** Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore **Timings:** 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Shift) **Job Type:** Full\-time 🎯 Role Overview: We are hiring a **Project Manager with a strong accounting background** to manage bookkeeping and accounting operations for US\-based clients. Ideal candidates will have experience working at **Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)** or reputable accounting/outsourcing firms, and understand **monthly close cycles, bookkeeping workflows, and client communication** . 🧩 Key Responsibilities: * Manage end\-to\-end accounting projects (bookkeeping, clean\-ups, month\-end close) * Lead coordination between clients and internal accounting teams * Ensure accurate and timely monthly closes for US clients * Track deliverables, timelines, and team performance * Review work quality and ensure compliance with accounting standards * Act as the primary point of contact for client communication ✅ Requirements (FILTER HARD HERE): * 2–5 years of **project management or accounting operations experience** * Prior experience at: * Big 4 firms ( **Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG** ) OR * Accounting outsourcing firms / bookkeeping agencies * Strong understanding of: * Month\-end close process * Bookkeeping workflows * Financial reports (P\&L, Balance Sheet) * Hands\-on experience with: * QuickBooks / Xero * Excellent spoken \& written English (client\-facing role) * Experience with project tools like ClickUp / Asana * Comfortable working onsite night shift (US clients) ⭐ Bonus Points: * ACCA / CA (Part\-qualified or qualified) * Experience managing US\-based clients * Experience in remote accounting teams or agencies 📩 Apply at: awan4609@gmail.com
