Project Engineer | High Rise Building

🚨 **WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT ENGINEER – HIGH\-RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Project Engineer** to join our team for a landmark **high\-rise building project in the UAE** . This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering large\-scale, complex construction projects. 🔹 **ROLE OVERVIEW:** The Project Engineer will play a key role in managing site execution activities for structural, architectural, and finishing works. The role involves close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery of the project within time, cost, and quality parameters. 🔹 **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Site Execution \& Coordination** • Manage day\-to\-day construction activities at site • Coordinate between civil, MEP, and finishing teams • Ensure proper sequencing of works for high\-rise construction • Resolve site\-level technical and coordination issues **Project Planning \& Progress Monitoring** • Assist in preparation and tracking of project schedules • Monitor progress against baseline program (look\-ahead planning) • Identify delays and support recovery plans • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements **Technical \& Engineering Support** • Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements • Ensure construction is carried out as per approved specifications • Coordinate RFI submissions and consultant approvals • Support quantity verification and material take\-offs **Quality Assurance / Quality Control** • Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards • Conduct inspections prior to concrete pours and critical activities • Monitor testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) • Track and close NCRs and site observations **Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE)** • Enforce site safety regulations and permit systems • Monitor high\-risk activities such as lifting and work at height • Conduct toolbox talks and safety coordination meetings • Ensure strict PPE compliance across site workforce **Reporting \& Documentation** • Prepare daily progress reports and site updates • Maintain site records, inspection reports, and logs • Highlight risks, delays, and mitigation actions to management 🔹 **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE:** • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) • 5–10 years of experience in high\-rise building construction • Strong experience in RCC structural works, core walls, slabs, and finishing stages • UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred • Familiarity with construction methods such as jump form, slip form, and post\-tension slabs is an advantage • Strong understanding of construction sequences in tower projects 🔹 **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** • AutoCAD (drawing interpretation \& coordination) • Primavera P6 / MS Project (planning \& scheduling awareness) • MS Office (reporting, tracking, documentation) • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution 🔹 **KEY COMPETENCIES:** • Strong leadership and site coordination skills • Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making ability • Ability to manage pressure in fast\-track projects • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Attention to detail and commitment to quality **Salary package \- 8,000 AED \- 10,000 AED Per Month** 📍 **Location:** UAE * 📩 **To Apply:** Send your updated CV to Career@abualnaga.com
