The Project Coordinator will oversee project planning and execution, monitor progress, and ensure all work adheres to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, handling budgets, and providing timely updates to ensure smooth project delivery. Additional responsibilities include problem\-solving, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining project documentation. **Qualifications** * BE Civil with minimum 5 years of experience for the same role in road sector. * Experience in Road Sector is mandatory. * Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools, and ability to coordinate among diverse teams * Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, including infrastructure and roadway project standards * Skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management for large\-scale projects * Experience in quality control, safety practices, and regulatory compliance * Excellent written and verbal communication, along with leadership and problem\-solving aptitude * Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus * Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role
