Project Coordinator

* **Job Overview: Design \& Development Engineer • Responsible for overseeing the design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects. • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule \& facilitate meetings regularly. • This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management. • Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of real estate projects. • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop project designs that align with company goals and market demands. • Review architectural plans, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company standards and process for concerned HOD/Director’s approval. • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. • Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Quality Assurance \& Control Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree \- Civil Engineering or any equivalent such as Architecture, etc. Experience: 3\+ years of experience in real estate design and development, with a proven track record of managing large\-scale projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. Familiarity with sustainable design practices.**
