• Capable of identifying and mitigating safety risks for all works.
• Capable of understanding and visualizing drawing.
• Review of Shuttering Scheme and Bar bending Schedule and advise corrections
• Resource and Job planning – Capable of drawing out quarterly rolling plans
• Conversant to new technological advancements.
• Conversant with IS codes for site execution and measurements.
• Understanding of Quality management plans and Construction quality.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of structural erection works.

Behavioral Competencies-

Job Specific Skills – For Pot room -

• Conversant in precast constructions

For Chimney and Alumina Silo-

• Awareness of slipform techniques and basic checks.

For TG –
