is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Product Specialist
to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our software products in depth, conducting market and competitor research, and presenting product features clearly to existing and potential customers.
This role requires someone who can learn the product thoroughly, understand customer needs, explain features in simple business language, and support the sales and internal teams with strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete understanding of the company’s software products, features, workflows, and use cases.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer expectations, and business needs.
- Perform competitive analysis to compare similar products, identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Present and explain the product to existing and potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Support product demos, client walkthroughs, and requirement discussions.
- Translate product features into practical business value for customers.
- Work closely with sales, support, and technical teams to stay updated on product changes and customer feedback.
- Prepare product-related material such as presentations, FAQs, feature notes, user guides, and comparison documents.
- Act as a product knowledge resource for internal teams and customer-facing discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT, software, product support, pre-sales, or
customer-facing technical role.
- Good
technical understanding
and strong computer skills.
- Ability to learn
software products in detail and explain them clearly.
- Excellent
English communication skills
are required.
- Confidence
in product demos, presentations, and customer discussions.
- Basic ability to conduct
market research
and competitor comparison.
- Ability to
understand customer needs
and explain how the product can support them.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, cloud communication, or business software will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in
English
is highly preferred.
