Role Description The Principal role at Noor-ul-Emaan School is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The Principal is responsible for overall academic and administrative leadership, including setting the educational vision, aligning staff with school goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, student-focused instruction. Day-to-day tasks include supervising teaching and support staff, overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring student performance, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment. The Principal will manage school operations, such as scheduling, admissions oversight, and coordination with parents and guardians, while ensuring compliance with relevant educational standards and policies. The role also involves fostering a positive school culture, leading professional development, and building strong relationships with the wider community.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in an educational setting, including team supervision and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional oversight, and student performance evaluation.
- Ability to promote an inclusive, student-centric school culture that supports academic and personal growth.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution within a school environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with local educational regulations and best practices in school governance.
- Prior experience as a Principal is MANDATORY.
