Principal Engineer Role - Stockholm!
I'm currently working with one of Stockholm's most exciting and impactful startups - looking for a high-level IC for a tip-of-the-spear role!
The company is a hugely successful startup, having already launched in multiple European markets, with hundreds-of-thousands of customers using their digital-first, AI-powered platform which is the first-of-its kind in Europe!
Having reached $100 M in ARR (\~100 people in the company), growing 20x faster than industry incumbents and competitors and already ahead-of-the curve within their industry when it comes to AI - they have huge momentum and are looking to organically scale their product-led engineering department, as they continue to focus on product development, AI acceleration and expanding to new markets!
Looking for their first Principal engineer to sit at the intersection of business, product and engineering.
- Tackle high-level business challenges
- Identify, drive and launch engineering initiatives that translate into tangible business outcomes
- Not only be an excellent engineer and great at executing the technical roadmap, but actively building and defining it
- Product-oriented, commercial mindset.
- You have experience taking products/engineering efforts from 0-1, or 1-10!
- Pragmatic approach, product oriented, startup oriented!
- Want to be part of a leading product company, actively transforming lives and building an industry-defining product!
Tech stack: Typescript, AWS, Javascript, Node, Next, React, LLMs, Postgres etc etc.
Very strong salary and equity package for the right candidate
Permanent residence / Citizenship in Sweden is required. Unfortunately can't assist with relocation or visa sponsorship right now.
English fluency required!
