We’re seeking a dedicated
Primary Teacher
to join a specialist setting, supporting
small classes children
with
autism and learning difficulties
. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a nurturing, well-resourced environment where every child is truly seen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Collaborating with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
- Creating a calm, structured classroom that celebrates progress in all forms
What we’re looking for:
- QTS and experience in primary or SEND settings
- Confidence supporting children with autism, speech \& language needs, and developmental delays
- A warm, consistent approach and high emotional intelligence
- Passion for inclusive education and child-centred practice
