**President** Location: Essex County Region (Southwest Ontario) Industry: Food Manufacturing **The Company:** Our client is well established food manufacturer with a strong reputation of delivering high quality products to their loyal customer base. With a well\-established brand in the region, they are undergoing an investment and expansion phase, looking to grow their sales and distribution reach across Ontario and potentially the USA. **The Opportunity:** The Board of Directors is seeking an experienced President who brings an owner mentality approach to strategically deliver growth, process improvements, and lead their market and facility expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a Commercial leadership background leading Sales / Marketing and/or proven ‘Growth’ track record, ideally leading smaller to mid\-size private companies or running a division of larger corporations with full P\&L experience. This hands\-on, customer\-focused President will have full P\&L ownership. The President will be responsible for improving visibility across the entire organization, professionalizing all operations and driving significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives. **Job Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Lead a Senior Leadership Team of and provide management guidance for the full organization. * Support relationships with existing customers in Southwestern Ontario and develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve growth in adjacent geographic markets. * Delivery strong EBITDA margins and drive a focus on return on invested capital * Full P\&L and cash flow accountability * Partner closely with Board and ownership on long\-term strategy and timing * This position is an in\-person opportunity. There are occasional weekend or holiday work hours in peak seasons of production and sales demands. **Ideal Qualifications \& Competencies:** * Commercially\-oriented leader with P\+L leadership experience, with a preference for individuals who have previously served as a President, CEO, General Manager, or Divisional President with full P\&L accountability. * **Branded consumer packaged goods experience (particularly food and beverage) or foodservice products experience required.** * Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree * Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling throughout Canada and occasionally the United States * Must be a Canadian citizen residing in Southwestern Ontario or plan to relocate to this region upon hiring. * Entrepreneurial, results oriented executive comfortable building and growing a small business * Experience operating in private equity–influenced or investor\-accountable environments preferred
