**About Openhouse** Openhouse is building a network of premium play\-based learning centres across Bangalore. Our centres offer preschool, childcare, and co\-curricular activities for children aged 1–10 years. Role: Preschool Teacher **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the homeroom teacher for a specific age group, such as 1–2 years, 2–3 years, or 3–4 years. * Plan and lead classroom activities and engagement sessions. * Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children. * Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of students. * Organise and facilitate Parent\-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). * Serve as a positive role model for students. * Take ownership of professional development through training programs and relevant courses.
