Job Title:
Planning Engineer - Civil (Real Estate Developer / Consutruction)
Location: UAE
Experience: 5–7 years (UAE experience is required)

Salary: AED 22,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project master programmes from design through handover.
Prepare and review pre-tender and post-tender project schedules.
Coordinate planning activities across Design, Procurement, Commercial, and Construction teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule forecasting.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Lead programme review meetings with consultants and contractors.
Ensure planning standards, methodologies, and documentation are maintained across projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant planning experience within real estate development or construction.
Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes and project delivery timelines.
Experience managing multiple projects and complex schedules.
Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and scheduling principles.
Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
