Job Description
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. * Collaborate with other departments, including operations, product and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. * Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives. * Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis. * Take end\-to\-end ownership of client onboarding process. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * 4 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a strong background in B2B sales. * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. * Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and a tech oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
