Sr. Supply Chain Executive (Pharma Industry Experienced)
Job Descriptions:
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient
warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
of supply chain processes in accordance with
Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
. The role works closely with
Procurement, Sales, Quality Assurance, Customer Services, Finance, and Logistics
to ensure uninterrupted product availability and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GDP, FEFO/FIFO, and company SOPs.
- Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct warehouse staff training and maintain training records.
- Investigate customer complaints using Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.
- Monitor expiry, damaged, and quarantined stock.
- Support internal, principal, and regulatory audits.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Drive warehouse productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Logistics Management
or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–7 years
of relevant experience.
- Pharmaceutical distribution
experience preferred.
- Experience in
GDP-compliant warehouse operations
is highly desirable. *
