Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the end\-to\-end Performance Management Cycle. This includes goal setting, KPI alignment, annual appraisals, and providing actionable insights to drive organizational performance. The role also involves supporting succession planning and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the full Performance Management Cycle from Goal Setting to Annual Appraisal
* Cascade KPIs across departments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
* Conduct calibration sessions and provide recommendations for fair performance ratings
* Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to senior management
* Manage PIPs and contribute to succession planning initiatives
**Qualifications:**
* MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
* 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Performance Management
**Required Skills:**
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Advanced Excel
* Attention to detail and ability to work with performance metrics
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience working with performance management systems
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
