People & Talent Manager

We're looking for a People \& Talent Manager to help us grow the team behind it. **About the role** We're looking for someone who takes ownership of how we grow the team: how we find candidates, what it feels like to go through our process, and who we hire. You'll work closely with leadership and hiring managers across the company, running searches from start to close and shaping how we present ourselves as a place to work. **What you will do** **Recruiting** * Own critical hiring functions, from sourcing and outreach to offers and closing. * Build and manage pipelines and candidate inflow. * Design interview processes that are structured, efficient, and fair. * Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, and hold that standard throughout. **Employer branding** * Develop and maintain a compelling, honest narrative about what it's like to work at SCRL. * Create content across our website, job listings, and social channels that tell candidates who we are. **Candidate experience** * Make sure every candidate interaction is clear, warm, and professionally handled. * Communicate proactively and leave people with a good impression regardless of the outcome. * Improve the process continuously based on what you observe and hear. **People operations** * Handle offer processes, contracts, and onboarding coordination. * Track recruiting and market data and use it to make better decisions. **You should have** * Hands\-on experience running recruiting processes, from sourcing to closing. * Strong judgment on talent: the ability to assess candidates rigorously and calibrating with hiring managers. * Clear, professional communication in English, written and spoken. * The organisational skills to run multiple searches at once with focus and clarity. **What we offer** * A central role in building the team of one of the fastest growing start\-ups in Sweden. * Close collaboration with leadership on important and strategic decisions. * Great colleagues and office in central Stockholm. * Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
