**Role Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented People \& Operations Manager / HR Coordinator for a full\-time, hybrid or on\-site position in the London Area, UK. This is an exciting role for someone looking to take their next HR Career step where you will have autonomy to develop and grow the companies HR Function. This position will involve coming in at inception and creating managing HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with employment regulations. You will create organizational processes, manage employee records, and support operations to ensure efficient workflows and employee satisfaction.
**Requirements**

+ Owning the HR infrastructure. Contracts, policies, handbooks, HRIS, right\-to\-work and the compliance basics that need to be right
+ Running onboarding end\-to\-end. New joiners should know what good looks like in their first week and feel ramped by the end of month one
+ Handling employee relations cases directly. Grievances, performance concerns, absence, flexible working. Fair, calm and quick
+ Running performance cycles and feedback loops that actually change behaviour rather than just filling in forms
+ Owning compensation and benefits administration. Salary reviews, benefits renewals, payroll inputs and keeping bands current
+ Partnering with managers on the day\-to\-day. Probation reviews, team issues, difficult conversations and the judgement calls that come up weekly
+ Supporting talent acquisition where needed. Offer letters, onboarding handoffs and making sure candidates become well\-integrated employees
+ Owning culture as a deliverable. Engagement, rituals, offsites and the small things that make the team want to stay
+ Keeping leadership informed with the numbers. Headcount, attrition, absence, engagement and the trends behind them
