The People Manager will oversee talent development initiatives, create and implement competency frameworks, and align individual goals with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include facilitating one\-on\-one reviews, optimizing team structures, identifying skill gaps, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic talent growth.
