Working directly with the founder, you’ll scale a platform already generating £1m\+ ARR. This high\-autonomy role covers end\-to\-end recruitment, performance management, and culture\-building as the company prepares for aggressive US expansion. **Location** London, UK **Why this role is remarkable** * Take total ownership of the People function at a company that surpassed £1m ARR in just 10 months and is set to multiply that growth. * Partner directly with the founder to define the culture and talent bar for a business disrupting the hospitality sector through unique AI integration. * Play a pivotal role in an imminent international expansion, including a major upcoming launch into the US market. **What You Will Do** * Own the full employee lifecycle including performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives alongside recruitment. * Design and execute a structured, fast\-moving hiring process from role scoping to onboarding to meet aggressive growth targets. * Proactively build talent pipelines and shape the employer brand to attract top\-tier talent before hiring needs become urgent. **The ideal candidate** * Has 3\+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Manager, or Senior Recruiter ready to step into a leadership function. * Holds a degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent and possesses the confidence to influence senior leadership and founders. * Thrives in office\-first, high\-pace environments and is comfortable building operational structures from scratch in Camden 4\-5 days a week. \=\=\= **Who are Jack \& Jill?** Ok, I'll go first.
