**About The Role**
We are seeking a dynamic, business\-facing HR professional to lead Performance Management, Learning \& Development, and Employee Experience at Lumovy. This is a high\-impact role focused on building a high\-performance culture, strengthening employee engagement, and developing future\-ready capabilities aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a strong HR Business Partner, working closely with delivery leadership to drive measurable outcomes.
**Essential Functions**
****Performance Management****
* Design and implement a modern performance framework (KPIs/OKRs, quarterly reviews)
* Drive performance differentiation, promotions, and increment transparency
* Partner with leaders to align individual performance with business outcomes
* Proactively address performance gaps and underperformance
****Learning \& Development****
* Build and execute role\-based learning paths and capability frameworks
* Drive certifications and upskilling in partnership with leads
* Identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted development programs
**Employee Experience \& Engagement**
* Improve employee satisfaction through structured feedback and action plans
* Strengthen leadership connect and communication
* Address concerns around career growth and performance fairness
**Required Qualifications**
* 8\+ years of HR experience with strong focus on Performance, L\&D, and HRBP
* Experience in IT services / consulting / software organizations
* Proven ability to drive culture and performance transformation initiatives
