**Timings: 03:00 PM \- 12:00 AM PKT**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a strategic and forward\-thinking Lead \- People \& Culture to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and people strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping a high\-performance, inclusive, and values\-driven workplace while aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and execution of People \& Culture strategies aligned with business goals
* Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives
* Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce planning and talent strategies
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
* Design and implement policies, programs, and frameworks that enhance employee experience
* Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
* Use HR analytics and employee insights to drive data\-informed decisions
* Build and promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
* Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver high\-impact people solutions
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 7\-10\+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on People \& Culture or Organizational Development
* Proven experience in leading HR strategy and driving culture transformation
* Strong understanding of talent management, engagement, and performance frameworks
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, evolving environment
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset
