Job Description
**The Catalyst Group is hiring a People \& Operations Lead on behalf of its client, a leading, fast\-growing women’s fitness and wellness company.**

, combining fitness, education, and experience into a high\-growth, community\-driven ecosystem. With rapid expansion underway, they are looking for someone to own and scale their people function.
Role Overview
This is a
**high\-ownership, non\-traditional HR role**
focused on building and managing the full people lifecycle — with a strong emphasis on
**performance, learning, and culture**
.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end\-to\-end talent lifecycle (hiring → onboarding → performance → growth)
* Build and manage
**performance tracking systems**
(revenue, retention, feedback, etc.)
* Lead
**learning \& development**
initiatives, especially for instructor growth
* Oversee hiring across studio, operations, and head office roles
* Drive
**data\-backed people decisions**
* **Manage employee relations, culture, and team dynamics**
* **Build scalable systems for hiring, performance, and development**
Ideal Candidate
* 4–7 years of experience in
**HR, Talent, or People\-heavy operations roles**
* **Strong ownership mindset**
and ability to operate in ambiguity
* Comfortable with
**data, metrics, and performance management**
* **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**
* **Experience in high\-growth / startup environments**
preferred
* Strong alignment with
**health, wellness, and women’s fitness**
