The Role
- Develop and implement a data-driven people strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.
- Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, well-being, and a thriving remote-first culture.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive performance management and learning \& development programs to foster high-performing teams.
- Provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations, and ensure HR best practices and compliance.
- Continuously improve HR operations, systems, and people analytics.
What You'll Need
- Recent HR Generalist or People Partner experience within a small, growing software or SaaS business.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Proven ability to support scaling organizations and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to manage cases independently.
- Experience in leading recruitment, onboarding, and people development initiatives.
- Proficient in HR systems, reporting, and data management.
