People and Culture Manager

The Role

• Develop and implement a data-driven people strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.
• Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, well-being, and a thriving remote-first culture.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive performance management and learning \& development programs to foster high-performing teams.
• Provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations, and ensure HR best practices and compliance.
• Continuously improve HR operations, systems, and people analytics.

What You'll Need

• Recent HR Generalist or People Partner experience within a small, growing software or SaaS business.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Proven ability to support scaling organizations and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience in leading recruitment, onboarding, and people development initiatives.
• Proficient in HR systems, reporting, and data management.
