**Purpose of the Job**
Here at Ikano Bank, we don’t call ourselves HR, we are People and Communication (P\&C) and we are looking for a P\&C Business Partner (P\&C BP).
As P\&C BP you are the go\-to\-person, the partner, to functions across the bank. Together with the functional management teams, you are a responsible contributor to the people and business agenda, working very close to the functional managers and co\-workers securing excellence in daily P\&C operations.
P\&C BPs have a critical role implementing our people strategy and execution of the P\&C business plan in the assigned functions. P\&C BPs lead the work of setting and implementing relevant people goals, together with the line managers.
Through a strong leadership you coach, challenge and support the functions linked to topics such as e.g., recruitment, competence development, organizational development, performance management, succession planning and more.
To be successful you work closely together with colleagues within P\&C Markets \& Functions but also within the bigger P\&C community. With constructive input and feedback to the Centers of Expertise you co\-create and contribute that relevant content is developed when it comes to P\&C frameworks, processes, tools and systems.

**Responsibilities of the Job**
\- Build strong relationships with and pro\-actively coach managers and co\-workers regarding all P\&C topics on a strategic, tactical and operational levels.
* Together with line managers drive the people agenda, e.g., organization changes, coworker relations, competence development, recruitment, succession planning, mapping competence needs, etc.
* Work closely with P\&C Market Managers to safeguard e.g., work environment, labor law, and to make sure we follow local policies, legislation and collective agreements in the relevant markets
* Working closely with our managers to analyze organizational needs and proactively suggest organizational changes within business unit when needed. Focus on identifying, implementing and driving change from a people and organization\-perspective
* Be an ambassador for Ikano Bank culture, values, and leadership skills, including awareness of EDI \- Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
* Contribute to bank wide P\&C deliveries, tasks or projects
**Education Level**
Bachelor's Degree
**Experience/Demonstrated Competencies**
Experience within the field of P\&C, and preferably work experience as HR/P\&C Manager or P\&C BP for at least 5 years.
**Language Competencies**
Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written
**Knowledge required**
\- Knowledge and understanding of P\&C processes, tools and practices such as recruitment, labor law, work environment, individual\- and team development, EDI, succession planning, performance management, change management, compensation \& benefits.
* Knowledge and experience from driving and implementing strategies into actionable deliveries
* Knowledge of P\&C practices, policies, regulations, and legislations (internal and market).
* Experience of working in an international environment supporting multiple sites in different countries.
* Knowledge of a proactive approach and experience of working with companies in change or transitions.
