Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer - Alternate Night (Peads RMO) located at Mamji Hospital in Karachi Division. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality pediatric care, assisting in surgeries, supporting physicians, ensuring proper patient management, and collaborating with medical teams to maintain excellent healthcare standards for all patients. Additionally, the RMO will be involved in ongoing training and development initiatives to improve patient outcomes and adhere to hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and ability to manage pediatric patient care effectively
- Experience in assisting with Surgery and skillfully working with Physicians
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate Patient Care and maintaining safety standards
- Capable of supporting Training and participating in professional development activities
- Eligibility for medical practice in Karachi and relevant educational qualifications (MBBS or equivalent)
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver timely medical interventions
- Prior experience in pediatrics or neonatal intensive care is a plus
