As ZØY continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time E-commerce \& Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day order fulfillment and operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working carefully and independently and is looking for a consistent, long-term part-time position.

What you’ll be doing
- Packing and preparing customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Checking orders and ensuring the correct pieces are packed
- Preparing parcels for shipment and assisting with postal drop-offs
- Organizing packaging materials and inventory
- Supporting general e-commerce and operational tasks when needed
- Potentially taking on additional responsibilities as the role and brand grow.
We’re looking for someone who is
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to agreed working days
- Careful and highly attentive to detail
- Organized and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Respectful of customer information and confidential business information
- Good communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage
- Based in Malmö or able to commute easily
- Have the legal right to work in Sweden
- Interested in a longer-term part-time arrangement.
Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, fulfillment or jewelry is welcome, but not required. Reliability and attention to detail are more important to us than a particular background.
The arrangement
The role will initially be approximately 6–10 hours per week, generally across 1–2 fixed weekdays, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows.
The work is on-site in Malmö. Exact working days and location will be discussed during the recruitment process.
