Part-time Attorney

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with various insurers, including but not limited to, commercial health insurers including Medicare, as well as motor vehicle insurers, worker's compensation carriers, etc. Communications to the various insurers include both telephone contact as well as follow\-up written correspondence. * This is a non\-litigation position. **Experience** * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. * Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial contract law, health benefit law, worker's compensation law, motor vehicle insurance law and ERISA. * Strong problem\-solving and telephone skills. * Minimum three years of experience as a licensed attorney. Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $65\.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Work Location: In person
