With a focus on trust and quality, Stay Right is committed to making travel worry\-free for its clients. **Position: Paid Media Manager (Meta Ads – Facebook \& Instagram)** We are looking for a performance\-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our Facebook \& Instagram advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full\-funnel campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and ROI. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute Meta ad campaigns across full funnel (awareness to conversion) * Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting campaigns * Manage daily budgets and optimize campaigns for CPA and ROAS * Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments * Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking * Analyze performance and provide actionable insights **Requirements:** * **2–4 years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)** * Proven track record of running conversion\-focused campaigns * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills * Experience with retargeting and funnel\-based marketing strategies * Experience in travel, e\-commerce, or OTA platforms is a plus **KPIs:** * Cost per acquisition (CPA) * Return on ad spend (ROAS) * Conversion rate improvements
