Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 per month
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Cloud Rexpo is looking for confident and energetic *Calling Agents* with strong communication skills to handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients.
· Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer queries.
· Introduce company services and explain relevant offers clearly.
· Generate leads, schedule appointments and maintain proper call records.
· Follow approved calling scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional.
· Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or assigned system.
· Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
· Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
· Maintain a professional tone and protect client and company information.
· Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and customer concerns.
Required Skills
· Strong spoken English and clear pronunciation.
· Confident, persuasive and professional communication style.
· Good listening, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
· Ability to manage objections and maintain a positive attitude.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Previous experience in a call center, telesales, customer support or BPO environment will be preferred.
