**Basic Qualifications**
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Must be a US Citizen and have ability to acquire a Secret clearance.
1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar back‑office role; prior exposure to order‑management systems is beneficial.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
**Job Description**
You will be the Order Entry Operator.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Provide processing support for offsite vendor servicing of calibration assets and procurement of applicable parts and/or resources. This includes but is not limited to, quote requests, financing requisitions, order placements, shipment generation and receiving.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using ERP/CRM or order‑entry software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
Exposure to technical specifications and terminology.
