Job Description
**Operations/HR Manager (UAE)**
The UAE Operations Manager is a
**high\-agency, proactive operator**
responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations while supporting Wonderful’s team for rapid growth across the Middle East.
This is a
**hands\-on, high\-impact role**
— part operations, part coordination, part commercial support — with the opportunity to evolve into other opportunities over time and client\-facing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
**People \& Admin**
* Handle
**visa processes, relocations, and documentation (We have a PRO agency)**
* Coordinate
**onboarding (equipment, access, workspace setup)**
* Support general HR\-related processes and employee experience
**Operations \& Scaling**
* Act as the
**central point of contact**
for internal operational needs
* Identify and implement
**process improvements**
to support scaling
* Support cross\-functional coordination across
**Sales, Delivery, and Leadership**
**Events \& Culture**
* Organize
**monthly and quarterly team events**
* Coordinate
**team offsites, internal meetings, and QBRs**
* Plan and execute
**client roundtables and executive events**
* Support organization of
**conferences, panels, and sponsored events**
across the Middle East
**Operations \& Office Management (Limited, since we have a fully managed office)**
* Oversee
**office operations, vendors, supplies, and facilities**
* Ensure a
**high\-quality, well\-managed office environment**
(setup, supplies, experience)
* Manage day\-to\-day logistics and ensure the team can operate at full speed
**Sales \& Go\-To\-Market Support (Nice to have)**
* Support the sales team with
**go\-to\-market activities and coordination**
* Assist in
**preparing decks, materials, and client presentations**
* Maintain and update
**Salesforce, ClickUp, and internal dashboards**
* Help coordinate
**client meetings, demos, and follow\-ups**
* Potentially assist in
**building demos and simple client\-facing materials**
**Requirements**
* 2–5 years experience in
**operations, office management, or similar roles**
* **Highly proactive, high\-agency, self\-starter mindset**
* Strong
**organizational skills and attention to detail**
* Comfortable multitasking in a
**fast\-paced startup environment**
* Strong
**communication and interpersonal skills**
* Not afraid to get hands\-on and handle
**both strategic and nitty\-gritty tasks**
* Forward\-thinking, with the ability to
**anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise**
**Nice to Have**
* Experience in
**tech/startup environments**
* Familiarity with
**UAE regulations and visa processes**
* Basic understanding of
**data, analytics, or technical environments**
