With over a century of expertise, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and comfort to our guests. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for an Operations Manager at Grand Hotel (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and high\-quality service. Your tasks will include managing staff, monitoring inventory and supplies, implementing operational policies and procedures, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This role is located in South Mumbai. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership and managerial skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven experience in hotel operations management * Knowledge of industry standards and regulations * Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions * Organizational and problem\-solving skills * Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field * Familiarity with South Mumbai and the local market is a plus
