The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned projects or business units, ensuring that processes run efficiently and align with organizational standards. Typical responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. The role involves implementing policies and procedures, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The Operations Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts to drive sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with project coordination, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial management in an organizational setting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations roles within education, hospitality, wellness, or public-sector projects is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities on-site in Lahore.
