Operations Manager Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to 60 LPA
Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Experience:
+ Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations. + At least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS). + Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
- Soft Skills:
+ Strong leadership and team-building abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. + Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail.

- Front Office \& Reservation Management: Manage front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Event Coordination \& Banquet Support: Oversee the planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring seamless service.
- Cost Control \& Vendor Management: Monitor operational costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
- PMS \& MS Office Proficiency: Utilize PMS and MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
