Job Description

Operations Manager Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 60 LPA

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Experience:

+ Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations. + At least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).

  • Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.

  • Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS). + Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting skills.

  • Soft Skills:

+ Strong leadership and team-building abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. + Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Key Competencies

  • Hotel Operations \& Administration: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
  • Guest Relations \& Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service; address guest complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Revenue \& Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Team Leadership \& Staff Training: Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Front Office \& Reservation Management: Manage front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Event Coordination \& Banquet Support: Oversee the planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring seamless service.
  • Cost Control \& Vendor Management: Monitor operational costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • PMS \& MS Office Proficiency: Utilize PMS and MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
