Position Title: Operation Manager – Banquet \& Hotel

Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operation cum Sales Manager to drive banquet and event sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, handling client interactions, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads and client inquiries efficiently
  • Supervise tele-calling activities and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Handle walk-in clients and conduct venue tours/site visits
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead data and daily sales reports
  • Visit corporate offices and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Experience in banquet, hospitality, or event sales preferred
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally
  • Target-driven with strong conversion ability
