OPERATIONS GRADUATE PROGRAM A Graduate Program at L’Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in the industry! Come \& join one of our Operations teams for a 9–12 months assignment. **Role Description** You will be an integral part of one of our Operations teams, supporting the smooth execution of supply chain and operational activities while contributing to business efficiency and performance. * Support supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, and order tracking * Assist in coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth product flow * Analyze operational performance and provide insights to improve processes and efficiency * Support forecasting and stock monitoring to ensure product availability across channels * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including commercial, marketing, finance, and customer care to support business objectives * Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives * Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports and presentations for management * Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and operational processes **Job Requirements** * Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi\-functional and fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset * Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Fluent in English and Arabic languages **Program Requirements \& Details** * You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years) * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field * Available for a full\-time 9–12 months assignment
