Oppressional Manager – Spa Operations **Location:** Bangalore **Salary:** ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month **Incentives:** Based on the **overall branch's sales targets** **Role Overview** The Operational Manager will oversee multiple spa branches in Bangalore, ensure operational excellence, support business growth, and manage upcoming spa projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee operations of multiple spa branches * Monitor branch sales, performance, and service standards * Guide and support branch managers and teams * Handle **staff hiring, training, and performance management** * Ensure company policies and standards are followed * Support marketing initiatives and membership sales * Manage **new spa openings and upcoming projects** * Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits **Requirements** ✔ 5–8 years of experience in **multi\-branch operations (spa/wellness/hospitality/retail)** ✔ Strong leadership and operational management skills ✔ Experience in **staff recruitment and training** ✔ Strong reporting and performance monitoring ability ✔ Ability to travel between branches Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
