Job Description
* Support the Client Success team in managing day\-to\-day communication with clients.
* Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, and Operations) to address client needs and concerns.
* Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
* Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience.
* Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback and service improvements.
* Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a client\-facing or support role are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
* Willingness to work in
**US Shift (6 PM to 3 AM) or AUS Shift (3am to 12pm)**
to support international clients.
* Basic understanding or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) will be an advantage.
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
