**Job Description**
The Business Support Officer provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day\-to\-day activities within the facilities company. The role includes handling vehicle\-related tasks such as checking fines and coordinating registrations, supporting basic PRO activities like visa and document processing, and assisting with general office coordination. The position requires good organization, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams and government service providers.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
* Monitor and track company vehicle fines and penalties regularly
* Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and renewal processes
* Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and company assets
* Assist with PRO activities including visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
* Follow up on Emirates ID, labor cards, and other government\-related documents
* Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for smooth operations
* Support facilities operations by handling basic requests and ensuring office requirements are met
**Qualifications**
* UAE National (Emirati) – Family Book is mandatory
* High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communication skills in English and Arabic
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to handle administrative and basic PRO\-related tasks
* Ability to coordinate with government entities and service providers
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
