Job Description
The Office Executive \& Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office operations while coordinating between departments, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, administrative efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily office operations and administrative activities * Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow * Handle office documentation, filing, and record maintenance * Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents * Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services * Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement * Support HR/admin tasks such as onboarding coordination and attendance tracking * Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics if required * Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment * Provide general administrative support to senior management **Required Qualifications \& Skills :** * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline * 1–4 years of experience in administration or coordination roles * Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills **Call at 8146651512**
