We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team for immediate joining .

Requirements:
✅ DHA License/Eligibility (Mandatory)
✅ Experience in home healthcare in UAE or home country
✅ Ability to manage 50+ staff members
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assign duty rosters for nurses, homecare nurses, and drivers using software
- Communicate schedules and operational updates to staff
- Manage stock arrangement and inventory calculations
- Handle insurance patient approvals and coordination
- Conduct regular patient visits and weekly insurance follow-ups
- Resolve nursing staff issues and provide operational support
- Conduct training for nurses and ensure compliance
- Manage nurse bags, leave planning, and public holiday scheduling
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the home healthcare team
